Our exchange and return policy
H Parfums will accepts returns and exchanges on perfume bottles but dot not accepts return on samples. Returns are accepted within 10 days from the date of delivery of the goods when the following conditions
- Items must be returned in their original packaging.
- Items must not have been used or damaged in any way.
- Articles were not promoted or reduced.
In order to make a return or an exchange, you must obtain a Return Authorization Number (RAN) and mark that number on the package. In order to receive a RAN, please contact our customer service at 1-514-277-3426, or kindly email us at firstname.lastname@example.org for H Parfums merchandise. Please specify the order number and the item(s) that you would like to return or exchange. We will respond within an expeditious manner to provide the RAN.
Return deadlines: Once your return is accepted, you have a period of 10 days to ship your package. The customer is responsible for the return shipping charges or exchange of an item.
Documents to include: Any return or exchange must contain the original purchase receipt.
Return Address: Once you have your Return Authorization Number (RAN), you can ship your returns and/or exchanges to:

Refund (if applicable)
When we receive the returned product in good condition, it will be accepted by a member of our team and we will apply a refund on your credit card (or other method of payment) within 7 to 10 business days.
Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received your refund yet, please check with your financial institution or credit card provider first, as it may take some time before your refund appears on your account statement. If your return is still missing, please contact us at email@example.com or 1-514-277-3426.
H Parfums: Please remind that any item on sale or sample constitutes a final sale and can under no circumstances be returned or exchanged. H Parfums reserves the right to refuse any return or exchange that does not respect the conditions stated above or that would be returned without a valid Return Authorization Number (NAR).
