“There are no specific place names to indicate its origins. Only coordinates for mariners, parallels and meridians that intersect in the blue Pacific where Asia meets Oceania. Here we found the tree we were looking for, the original. The wood of the Sandalwood tree has the power to reawaken the mind”.

On this voyage, the idea of “far away” still makes sense. We are south of the Tropic of Cancer, between Asia and Oceania. From here, this tall, not particularly attractive tree reached India.

The essence is extracted from the heart of the trunks, and its intense, mystical scent pervades Hindu and Buddhist ceremonies, released by burning incense sticks. Today it is an increasingly rare, protected species. But thanks to painstaking research and by giving back - 50 new trees are planted for every tree felled -, Perris Monte Carlo was able to use the finest pure, essential Sandalwood oil of all. The result is a hypnotic, mysterious olfactory tale.

What if my perfume is damaged or doesn’t work properly?

If your perfume bottle arrives damaged or the spray mechanism is defective, we’ll gladly replace it or issue a refund.

Otherwise, returns are accepted within 10 days of delivery, as long as the item is unopened, sealed, and in perfect condition.

Samples and decants, due to their nature, are final sale.

Are your perfumes suitable for sensitive skin or allergies?

All our perfumes comply with the strict safety standards set by the International Fragrance Association (IFRA). While reactions are rare, if you have sensitive skin or allergies, we recommend starting with a 1ml sample to ensure compatibility.

How does perfume evolve on the skin?
