MarieJeanne
An Ode to the Beauty of Raw Materials
by Georges Maubert
Born in Grasse, the world capital of perfume, MarieJeanne was founded in 2014 by Georges Maubert. Immersed in the world of fragrance since childhood, he belongs to the fifth generation of Robertet, the world leader in natural raw materials. Since 1850, his family has worked in the perfume industry as farmers, chemists, perfumers and sourcers — an ancestral savoir-faire mastered and developed to offer the most beautiful fragrances.
Raw materials are at the heart of MarieJeanne's creations. Sourced in Grasse and around the world with a constant commitment to sustainable agriculture, each ingredient is fully traceable, from planting to harvest. Working with renowned perfumers, Georges Maubert simplifies the formulas to focus on the essential: the scent itself, enhanced by a selection of exclusive natural ingredients.
MarieJeanne's minimalist packaging is entirely made in France. The green-tinted bottles evoke nature and recall the original laboratory flasks designed to protect ingredients from UV light, while the wooden boxes eliminate plastic and superfluous waste.
