If your perfume bottle arrives damaged or the spray mechanism is defective, we’ll gladly replace it or issue a refund.

Otherwise, returns are accepted within 10 days of delivery, as long as the item is unopened, sealed, and in perfect condition.

Samples and decants, due to their nature, are final sale.

Quebec & Ontario: usually 2-3 business days.
