What if my perfume is damaged or doesn’t work properly?

If your perfume bottle arrives damaged or the spray mechanism is defective, we’ll gladly replace it or issue a refund.

Otherwise, returns are accepted within 10 days of delivery, as long as the item is unopened, sealed, and in perfect condition.

Samples and decants, due to their nature, are final sale.

Are your perfumes suitable for sensitive skin or allergies?

All our perfumes comply with the strict safety standards set by the International Fragrance Association (IFRA). While reactions are rare, if you have sensitive skin or allergies, we recommend starting with a 1ml sample to ensure compatibility.

How does perfume evolve on the skin?

Perfume is alive. It reacts to your skin, your warmth, the air around you — even your mood.

The top notes are bright and fleeting — they vanish within minutes.

Then come the base notes, deeper and lasting, often present hours later… even the next day.
