The sixth creation in the Matières Collection, Vanille Caviar is a fragrance where raw material becomes brilliance—vanilla pushed to its utmost expression and elevated to the status of a noble ingredient. One can perceive the deep-black grains, subtly gleaming. A raw, precious material, like a vegetal caviar.

The fragrance is built around a single olfactory raw material: vanilla, revealed in all its nuances through CO₂ extract and absolute. Cocoa and resinous notes—Peru balsam and labdanum cistus—unfurl its full richness and depth. At its heart lies a vanilla-caviar accord with salty, mineral accents, as precious as it is distinctive. Surrounding it are subtle contrasts: the freshness of cardamom, the fruity radiance of blackcurrant, the warmth of cocoa beans.

A “beyond-black” vanilla, dark in appearance yet vibrant and alive—like artworks that shift throughout the day, depending on light, shadow, or gaze. A sensual, enveloping composition that feels singular, modern, and timeless all at once.

What if my perfume is damaged or doesn’t work properly?

If your perfume bottle arrives damaged or the spray mechanism is defective, we’ll gladly replace it or issue a refund.

Otherwise, returns are accepted within 10 days of delivery, as long as the item is unopened, sealed, and in perfect condition.

Samples and decants, due to their nature, are final sale.

Are your perfumes suitable for sensitive skin or allergies?

All our perfumes comply with the strict safety standards set by the International Fragrance Association (IFRA). While reactions are rare, if you have sensitive skin or allergies, we recommend starting with a 1ml sample to ensure compatibility.

How does perfume evolve on the skin?

Perfume is alive. It reacts to your skin, your warmth, the air around you — even your mood.

It unfolds in stages:
The top notes are bright and fleeting — they vanish within minutes.
Heart notes follow, more expressive and personal.
Then come the base notes, deeper and lasting, often present hours later… even the next day.

I can’t smell my perfume after a while — is that normal?
